The unit comes with the two 7-pins connectors pre-configured as specified here. You can read all details about these options here. Unless you have very specific needs, the 'FROM FCB' configuration should be 'regular MIDI IN', and the 'MIDI OUT' configuration should be 'regular MIDI OUT', except for Axe-FX owners who will require '2-way communication' on the 'MIDI OUT'.

Best choice for frequent travelers. The easily replaceable power plugs allow use of the same power adapter in most countries of the world.

Best choice for frequent travelers. The easily replaceable power plugs allow use of the same power adapter in most countries of the world. This one is specifically meant to plug into a 2.5mm phantom input jack of the controlled device. It doesn't fit in the LittleGiant directly.
  converter cable 6" 2.1mm-2.5mm

With this converter, you can connect an LG power adapter to the 2.5mm phantom power input of the controlled device (if available).
MIDI cable MIDI + phantompower cable 9m (30') 7/7-pins

This 7-pins MIDI cable has all 7 leads wired, and therefore allows both phantom powering and 2-way communication using a single cable (if the connected device supports it).

  MIDI + phantompower cable 9m (30') 5/7-pins

This MIDI cable has a 7-pins connector at one side, and at the other side a regular 5-pins along with a female 2.5mm power plug. With this cable you can phantom power the LG even if the connected device doesn't support it. Connect the LG power adapter to the integrated power plug of this cable, using the small converter cable mentioned above.
